EOS Collar

Specially designed to treat congenital muscular torticollis, the Eos collar is simple and effective as therapy to maintain a proper head position avoiding future problems. Normally it´s used in children with torticollis, but can also be used by adults. Congenital muscular torticollis normally appears between six and eight weeks in babies, it´s characterized by a contraction of the sternocleidomastoid muscle producing lateral flexion of the head and a rising of the opposite shoulder, sometimes it can origin plagiocephaly or high thoracic scoliosis.

Made with: Soft PVC united with two nylon supports. Velcro fastening. Non toxic and washable.

Indications: The EOS collar is used in conservative treatment for congenital musculartorticollis in children.

Not suitable for: Excessive compression may produce discomfort . The time of use should be prescribed by a physician. If skin irritation, sensitiveness or cytotoxicity is observed, remove the collar and ask advice to your physician.
